1. Where Cineyetastic ships to ?

We ship to Switzerland, Germany and Austria.


2. When will I receive my order?

All orders are expected 1-2 working days Processed after purchase and then within 7-12 working days Delivered. In case of unusual logistical problems, it may take a few more business days. Be assured that your order is always in good hands and will be delivered safely to your address.


3. My order was not shipped.

Products are usually shipped 1-2 days after payment processing. If this time frame has been exceeded, please feel free to contact us so that we can provide you with more information.


4. My order has not arrived yet.

If your order has not arrived by the above shipping information, please contact us so that we can check the status. This can happen with orders due to customs regulations.


5. I'm worried about the security of my payment information.

6. Why was one product sent and the other not yet?

7. My order is damaged.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Notify us as soon as possible and take photos and videos of the damage so that we can send you another product completely free of charge. We offer a 30-day return guarantee.
